The Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority (PCCA) is proud to introduce our own in-house Audio and Visual Services department. Meeting planners come to Philadelphia as the leader among other convention centers that provides premier, value added meeting services along with state of the art technology, at a fraction of the cost.
The PCCA Event Technology team will offer consultation and deliver expert service. Our primary focus will be on meeting presentations, seminars and break out sessions. We will also work closely with your AV contractor for more grand scale productions. PCCA will offer rental of AV equipment to address all facets of your event needs. AV Services include:
Presentation and Production:
The PCCA provides AV Services in-house to deliver professional presentation and production to our clients for a fraction of the cost. We also work closely with your AV Contractor for large scale productions. The PCCA offers rental of AV equipment and we are guarenteed to save you money and deliver the best AV Services for your meetings, general sessions, and breakout sessions.
Session Recordings:
We can digitally record your sessions and deliver them to you as raw footage or with full post-production completeness. These recordings can be a source of revenue or a historical record of your event.
Audience Response:
Our world-class polling presentation system allows meeting attendees to respond to your questions by pressing the the appropriate key on individual keypads. Results are automatically integrated into the presentation.
Video Distribution:
With our Cisco Video Distribution Network, we can capture and distribute up to High Definition quality audio and video from any live or recorded content from any location.
